An academic financial tool project built to serve Uzbek migrant workers worldwide.
KafilWay exists to protect Uzbek migrant workers from the dangers of working abroad — recruitment scams, wage theft, passport confiscation, and exploitative contracts — for free, in their own languages.
The name KafilWay means a guarantor — someone who vouches for another and takes responsibility for their safety. That is the role this project takes for the millions who leave home to work: to stand behind them with the knowledge and tools to make the journey safely and informed.
Over five million Uzbeks work abroad, and the country now sends workers to many new countries — Germany, Korea, Poland, and more — each with unfamiliar rules and real risks. Banks and apps move their money, but no one protects them from being scammed or exploited.
A worker who avoids one fake recruiter, refuses to hand over a passport, or spots a dangerous contract clause can be saved from months of unpaid labor — or worse. That is the gap KafilWay fills.
Job-offer verification, country guides, emergency rights guide, and AI contract checking — all trilingual.
Live connection to the Migration Agency's licensed-agency registry for instant, authoritative verification.
